• A credit card is accepted at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.
• Final payment is due on your arrival date.
• Reservations may be canceled with a small fee of $25.00 if canceled one week in advance of your arrival date and three weeks in advance on holidays and special events.
• No refunds for early departure or snow conditions.
• We have a two night minimum stay requirement (varies on holidays and special events).
• Absolutely NO SMOKING in any of our condominium units.
• No Pets.
• Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am.
• Luxurious towels, linen, paper supplies, trash bags, soaps and our cleaning service after your departure are included in the advertised rate.
• Please remember to include 13% transient occupancy tax to the advertised rate.
• The maximum occupancy (including children) is clearly stated on all confirmations.
• Parking spaces are provided close to your vacation rental. You can obtain your parking permit from the front desk. Please observe all parking signs.
• Spa, pool, office and recreation room close every night at 10 pm.
